Joe Church, MASc PEng, is the founder, President and controlling shareholder of Wispra. Inc. 

Mr. Church has over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and technology in Canada and internationally.

Mr. Church has founded and managed several wireless telecommunications and technology companies. 

LanSer Wireless Inc. developed and operated a wireless data communications system for Point of Sale. 

Wispra Inc. has been a leader in wireless communications acquiring mobile and broadband fixed wireless spectrum in Canada through related companies together with major investors.

CanVote Inc. is a leader in electronic voting services.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mr. Church held senior management positions in telecommunications. He was an original Vice President at Rogers Wireless (then Cantel) at the startup of cellular in Canada. 

As Vice President of Bell Canada International he held worldwide marketing and operations responsibilities. He also held a wide range of positions in marketing and business development over 14 years in Bell Canada.

Mr. Church holds a  Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
